Choral Speaking MSSS (Selangor).

24/5/2012. So, I was looking through all my pictures and apparently I looked through all the MSSD pictures as well. What can I say? I miss us being the champions. I miss all their happy faces. Oh well, we’ll do better for Subang Parade somewhere in July. Those pictures are MSSD pictures. So, MSSS. It wasn’t our luck so we didn’t even make it to top 3. Yeah, that bad. It’s either we were penalized for our blazers or our performance was too short. Oh well. 

       After we performed, the adjudicators/hosts said our performance was 7 minutes 52 seconds. I was so worried, my eyes went all teary. But I didn’t cry though. Bla bla bla, skip to the part where they announced the winner. They started with the second runner-up and the first runner-up and then the champion. Some of them thought we’d win it but sadly we didn’t. I literally cried. All of us were sad but most of us stood up and clap for the champions. We congratulated the champions and went out of the hall. 

       I have to say my choralers are very optimistic. We were sad but the guys were running around playing counter strike. Some of us were standing near some drain looking at the tadpoles/fishes while smiling. I mean we were very sad but we could still do all these monkey business we always do. We did some tepuk semangat and quoted one of our choral speaking line “Even if we lose, well it’s not a shame”. On our way back to school, they sang in the bus.

        I could see teacher’s sad face but hey look on the bright side, this’s their first experience in choral speaking and we won champion for MSSD eventhough we only had 14 days to prepare ourselves. We still had the guts to go for MSSS and eventhough we didn’t make it top 3, we did our very best. Anyways, I love their spirit and I love them all. This post might suck because of all the grammatical errors and my sentences are pretty twisted as well but whatever. Bye.
